Front-Line Deterrence Professionals
VZI Security Group is seeking disciplined, customer-oriented professionals. In this role, you serve as the primary deterrent and first point of contact for our client sites. Your mission is to maintain order and safety while projecting a professional brand image.
Mission Responsibilities
- Maintain a vigilant presence to deter theft and unauthorized entry.
- Manage gatehouse operations and credential verification.
- Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure perimeters are secure.
- Provide exceptional customer service and rule enforcement.
- Deliver digital incident reports via GPS-tracked software.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensing: Missouri Unarmed License (or ability to obtain).
- Communication: Proficient verbal de-escalation skills.
- Integrity: Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
- Flexibility: Readiness for varied shifts (Nights/Weekends).
