On-Call Mission Deployment
VZI Security Group is seeking Part 107 certified UAV Operators for mission-specific, at-need deployments in Bates, Vernon, and Cass Counties. Assignments are dispatched for Search & Rescue (SAR), emergency response, and large-scale property surveillance.
Mission Responsibilities
- Execute precision UAV flight operations for security and emergency response.
- Analyze thermal and optical feeds to identify threats or missing persons.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and manage equipment logs.
- Collaborate with ground tactical units and local EMA.
- Maintain strict FAA Part 107 compliance and airspace authorizations.
Technical Requirements
- Certification: Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Experience: 1+ years of mission-based flight (SAR preferred).
- Platforms: Proficiency with DJI Enterprise and thermal imaging.
- Mobility: Ability to deploy to rural areas on short notice.
