VZI Security Group is seeking highly disciplined professionals to join our regional armed operations. You will protect sensitive sites across Bates, Vernon, and Cass Counties, representing the highest standards of private security.
Mission Responsibilities
- Armed static defense and mobile patrols for high-risk locations.
- Rapid response to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Strict access control and screening protocols for personnel/vehicles.
- Professional documentation of incident reports via digital logs.
- Coordination with local law enforcement during critical incidents.
Qualifications
- Credentialing: Valid Missouri Armed Security License.
- Background: 2+ years Military, LE, or high-level Armed Security.
- Firearms: Pass initial and recurring proficiency qualifications.
- Integrity: Comprehensive criminal background and drug screening.
- Schedule: Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
